Founded by Debbie Adams, a victim, and survivor of emotional abuse. She struggled for years to get over the mental and emotional abuse within her own family and relationships. She created JTE to help other women overcome trauma and break the cycle of abuse.

Debbie is a survivor of abuse and brings a personal Understanding of the challenges and obstacles faced by the women she serves. She created JTE and is a passionate advocate for women who are recovering from the effects of mental and emotional abuse. Debbie has dedicated her life to fighting for the rights and safety of marginalized communities. In addition to her professional experience, Debbie is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all survivors and works tirelessly to ensure that JTE is a beacon of hope and healing.
Karen Dorsey
Vice President
Karen has a background in real estate, having grown up in Wisconsin with parents in the industry. She values family and is involved in many civic organizations and has passed down her passion for volunteering to her kids and now grandchildren. In fact, her 8-year-old granddaughter recently joined her in cleaning the streets and was rewarded with a cupcake from a grateful waitress for their efforts. Karen believes in the power of service to her community and the sense of accomplishment it brings.
Andre Kattoura

Andre is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a passion for using his financial expertise to make a positive impact in the world. Andre is responsible for managing the organization’s financial affairs, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting. Andre is able to assist decision makers in making informed resource allocations and is committed to helping JTE achieve its mission and make a difference in the lives of those it serves. Andre has dedicated his career to using his financial expertise to make a positive impact in his community.
